Food Manager’s Training

Description: The goal of this certified professional food manager course is to provide the participant with a basic understanding of food safety and ensure that the participant learns to prepare and serve food safely. A food handler card confirms that the participant has demonstrated competence in knowing safe temperatures for cooking and holding food; the importance of personal hygiene; how to identify cross-contamination and what is the cause; and how to prevent contamination from equipment, tools and utensils and more!
