CCDBG Topic: Handling and storage of hazardous materials and the appropriate disposal of bio contaminants

Description: During this hands-on session, participants will learn how to properly use and store toxic substances in child care settings. Participants will also learn the parts and function of a fire extinguisher, be introduced to the basic characteristics of children who show interest in fire and learn how to refer a child to the juvenile fire-setters program.
